The best way to celebrate is sailing with friends & family and look at the fireworks with an amazing ocean view. I had the pleasure of being part of a competition from Farfetch, a great online platform where you can shop for amazing luxury brands and designer pieces, very polished with an edge which I love! Fashion bloggers were asked to style stars & stripes of the American Flag into an outfit. I simply thought to style my new striped romper with loyal red pointy shoes, a vintage purse and my cute scarf with stars. The romper is the perfect “ go to “ piece that will dress you up in a minute, plus I´m a fan of stripes so now it was the ideal moment to wear them! Style Pillars

1. sound of beauty style - hudsonI must say that one of my fave outfits are a leather jacket, white tee and jeans; classic and timeless style that will always make me feel comfortable and ready for everything! We always rely on a few pieces that are really our style pillars and these three key garments are the ones I´m currently crazy about! To pop up the look I always add a few accessories such as a long necklace and bracelets. Accessories always enhance the outfits and elevate the style, even little details make a big difference! I love my new Brooklyn Moto Super Skinny from Hudson Jeans! I´m obsessed with the design and the cut is amazing. This is the "Denim Season" and all types of jean are allowed ( flare, skinny , ankle , mid rise, etc...) in the latest trends. white palms - bates motel sound of beauty style 1 In love with these White Palms at the Bates Motel! Projection LA is a temporary experimental installation that was made by the French artist Vincent Lamouroux in Silver Lake. Vincent wanted to create some sort of dream in the middle of the city with his minimalist and ethereal approach, he totally nailed it! I actually felt like I was in a special place with a very cool vibe. Here I am with my friend Eric (the photographer) wearing my awesome Esprit super old Jacket that I inherited from my Mom, metallic skirt with Marrakech print inspiration, mirrored sunglasses and my loyal pointy ankle boots. The Chambray Denim blouse (or jacket) is a must have piece! A classic and timeless garment that we can keep in our closet season after season and that also has a sentimental value. Summer´s Gone – Mad Lucas

mad lucas video 2 Obsessed with Mad Lucas´ song " Summer´s Gone"! Mad Lucas is a chilean singer who has an "Indie Folk" style and recently released  his new video from his second album called The Sun/The Moon.  A few Months ago Mad Lucas came  to the U.S. with the music artist Maria Magdalena on tour in NY, LA and San Francisco expanding their amazing talent in music, people loved it!  Summer´s Gone video is a mixture of rock & rock, indie beats, and crazy fun moments capturing images from  Brooklyn, Coney Island, Venice Beach and Carmel.  I also was part of this awesome project, just dancing, running and practicing yoga with my friend and sister Maria Magdalena. Earth Love 1- sound of beauty style Embracing Nature in this beautiful and amazing spot in Venice Beach. Yesterday was Earth Day´s 45th Anniversary honoring the first pro environmental manifestation to preserve natural resources! Essentially we are all attached to something in common, nature, and also responsible to spread awareness about this matter. It goes beyond the initial idea of taking care of nature, it is also about sustainability, ways to create businesses, certificates, fare trade and of course consciousness  about the environment and our actions.  Here I am  taking advantage of this little garden wearing this amazing printed dress from Free People, my loyal hat and leather boots as usual. 1. new sporty black sound of beauty style 1 Being comfortable nowadays is a must! Here we are with my friend Eric ( photographer) taking advantage of the California sun surrounded by urban nature rocking my metallic jogger pants! I found them at Topshop a few months ago and they got my attention immediately!  During the day I love pairing them with my black patent boots and black top...kind of like a "Sporty black" style mixing textures and metallics.  Months ago I read an article on Instyle Magazine about the trend "Athleisure" which is getting very popular these days. Athleisure is a combination of athletic and leisure garments that are sporty yet stylish; wearable during the day and then transfer to evening. I feel that these jogger pants are totally part of this trend, and more than a trend is a new lifestyle. The necessity of being comfortable is getting into our top priorities. Great people that have followed their dreams, work hard, strived to get where they are now have their name and stamp on this street, how cool is that! Today I`m wearing a Cali effortless style, yes again jeans! Can`t live without them! This pair is fitted boyfriend from the brand Hudson Jeans, perfect for daily pieces that you can dress up. Example, I like to roll them up and wear them with heels, it makes you look longer and with a better posture. Also, a white top and classy blazer, comfy and classy as usual.  Accessories are the items that make an outfit pop.
