What I like the most from the latest September Issue from Vogue was Grace Fashion Edition, Wild Irish Rose with the actor Adam Driver ( TV show Girls) and Daria Werbowy. The simplicity and natural beauty is stunning, and the “wild factor” combined with the latest collections from Michael Kors, Celine, Alberta Ferreti, Jill Sander, Belstaff, Dries van Noten, among others, are what stands out. Grace Coddington the Creative Director of Vogue, tells her story in her autobiography “ Grace”. Beautiful, charming and witty woman who changes the fashion statement through her unique, spontaneous manners with “ no- nonsense” attitude and an unerring visual instinct. Born and raised in Wales, Grace left her town at the age of eighteen to work as a model in London. She quickly became a face on the Sixties, a time where all was happening in London: free expressions, liberty, and fashion revolution. She worked with Vidal Sassoon (hair stylist), Norman Parkinson and David Bailey ( top photographers) among many other fashion figures. I`m hooked on Aurora Conejero`s shoes collection. Her design style is remarkable. She takes classic shoe forms and recreates them with a finer edge, composing different materials and colors. Aurora is a Chilean shoe designer who has been developing her craft for twenty years. She works with noble leather and manufactures in Chile. Her collections stand out in the shoe market. Last weekend I went to SF and stopped by in Uniqlo. Uniqlo`s first store was opened in Japan in 1984. It is a subsidiary of Fast Retailing, a big public company  that owns  brands such as J BRAND and Comptoir des Cotonniers. They have three locations in the US: New York, New Jersey and San Francisco.
